Where AI features process your data to generate an answer, summary, or report, that data is used to serve your request — it is not used to train underlying third-party models.

We retain customer data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. On cancellation, we work with you on an export of your historical data and decommission underlying pipelines and access on an agreed timeline, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
