FAQ

Common questions before a first call.

What data sources does ABI Studio support?+

ABI integrates retailer performance data across dozens of sources today, with pipelines built and maintained directly by our engineering team rather than a third-party connector.

How long does implementation take?+

Timelines depend on the number of retailers and data sources you need connected. Because we own our pipelines end to end, most suppliers see usable, cleaned data well before a comparable from-scratch build would finish requirements gathering.

Is ABI a wrapper around Power BI or Tableau?+

No. ABI Studio is engineered in-house. That means faster iteration on the features you actually ask for, instead of waiting on a third-party platform's release cycle.

How is pricing structured?+

Pricing is scoped to the services and data sources you need — there's no one-size-fits-all package. Schedule a demo and we'll walk through a quote based on your retailers and reporting needs.

What security certifications does ABI hold?+

ABI is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and currently completing a SOC 2 Type II audit. Our platform runs on Azure infrastructure with role-based access control and encrypted, geo-redundant backups.

Do you offer a trial?+

Yes — reach out to info@analyticalboost.com to ask about our trial program. Most trials are scoped to a subset of your retailers and data sources so you can validate results before a full rollout.

What does onboarding look like?+

Once your retailers and data sources are confirmed, our team connects and validates the pipelines, then walks your team through ABI Studio before go-live. Most of the heavy lifting happens on our side, not yours.

What happens to our data if we cancel?+

Your data remains yours. On cancellation, we work with you on an export of your historical data and decommission the underlying pipelines and access on an agreed timeline.

Can ABI Studio work alongside tools we already use?+

Yes. ABI Studio isn't a rip-and-replace mandate — many clients keep their existing BI tools for other purposes and use ABI Studio specifically for retailer channel performance, where our purpose-built pipelines and modules go deeper than a general-purpose BI tool would.

What kind of support do we get after go-live?+

Every account gets a named point of contact for questions, data issues, and report requests — not just a ticket queue. Response times and escalation paths are confirmed as part of your onboarding.
